Avocado Pasta Salad Recipe:
Avocado Pasta Salad is an enticing salad arranged with velvety avocado dressing, pasta and tomato. The new cilantro and yogurt-based softly spiced dressing makes it powerful. This nutritious and solid salad is an idealize choice for a light feast or a side with broiled poultry, meat or BBQ.

Ingredients:
1½ cups (approx. 4.5 oz) crude Fusilli Pasta or Penne Pasta |
1/2 cup split Cherry Tomatoes (or chopped Tomatoes) |
1/2 cup diced Zucchini, optional |
2 tablespoons chopped New Cilantro or New Parsley |
1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper, optional |
For Dressing: |
1 huge Ready Avocado |
1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (curd) |
1/4 cup chopped New Cilantro (coriander leaves) |
1 tablespoon New Lime or Lemon Juice |
1 clove of Garlic |
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds |
1/4 cup Water |
Salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Bubble the pasta concurring to the headings given on the bundle or take after the given informational to cook pasta.
