Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Apple |
1½ cups Thick Curd (Yogurt) |
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder |
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder |
1 teaspoon Sugar (optional) |
Salt |
Directions:
1. Take yogurt (curd) in a bowl. Include sugar and cumin powder, and beat until smooth.
2. Include chopped new apple and salt. If you do not like the skin of an apple then peel it some time recently chopping.
3. Blend well. Apple raita is ready.
4. Exchange it to a serving bowl, sprinkle black pepper powder over it, and serve chilled.
Tips and Variations:
