2 teaspoons Vinegar |
3 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Powder |
3 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons Cornflour (corn starch) |
1/2 mug + 1 mug Water |
Salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Get ready boiled noodles.. Do not boil noodles for more than 3 minutes to prevent them from turning soggy.

2. Plan Firm Noodles.

3. Break down 3 tablespoons cornflour in 1/2 container water and keep aside.

4. Boil carrot and French beans with a squeeze of salt in water over medium fire for 3 minutes. Deplete water and exchange it to a plate. Keep them aside.

5. Warm 2 tablespoons oil in another skillet over a tall fire. Include chopped ginger and chopped garlic and sauté for 20 seconds. Include onion and capsicum, sauté for 3-4 minutes.

6. Include boiled vegetables, cabbage and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Include soy sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, vinegar, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt.

7. Blend well and cook for a minute.

8. Include 2 cups water and bring it to boil. When it begins to boil, diminish the fire to moo and cook for 3 minutes.

9. Include broken-up cornflour and blend well.

10. Mix and cook over medium fire until sauce turns thick, darker in color and coats the vegetables for approx. 2-3 minutes.

11. Turn off the fire. Put fresh fricasseed noodles on a serving plate and pour the arranged vegetable sauce blend over it. Veg American Chopsuey is prepared to serve.
