Ingredients:

100 gms (3 oz) Paneer (cottage cheese)
2 huge Onion
1 Green Chilli, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
3 medium Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger
2-3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Green Cardamom
1 little piece of Bay Leaf
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water

Directions:

1. Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes. Finely chop 1 tomato and pulverize the remaining 2 tomatoes into puree.

2. Finely chop 1 onion. Cut the remaining onion into 4 equal parts and partitioned its layers. Warm 1 tablespoon oil in a typical or non-stick pan and shallow sear onion layers until light brown. Exchange them to a plate.

3. Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in the same panInclude cumin seeds, green cardamom, and inlet leaf, when they start to sizzle, include chopped onion and sauté until light brown.
