Ingredients :
- 2 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup curd
- salt to taste
- around 1 to 1 and 1/4 cups water
For the topping :
- 1/4 cup capsicum chopped lengthwise
- 1/4 cup onion chopped lengthwise
- 1/2 cup baby corn chopped lengthwise – parboiled
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
- 1 generous pinch of chilli flakes as needed
- oil as needed
Instructions :
- In a blending bowl – include wheat flour, white flour, and heating powder.
- Add baking soda, sugar and oil.
- Add curd and the required salt.
- Mix well with your fingertips for indeed blending, at that point include water small by small and manipulate to frame a smooth mixture not as hardened not as well free fair like our chapathi dough.
