2 medium Boiled Potatoes, peeled and chopped |
2 medium Onions, finely chopped |
1/4 cup ground Carrot |
1/4 cup ground Beetroot |
2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves, finely chopped |
1 cup Sev |
1/3 cup Green Coriander Chutney |
1/2 cup Sweet Chutney (Date Tamarind Chutney) |
2 tablespoons Garlic Chutney (optional) |
Directions :
1. Plan the ragda by following this recipe.
2. Get ready all chutneys by taking after their recipes and weaken garlic chutney by including 1 tablespoon of water to 2 tablespoons of chutney.
3. Exchange hot ragda to person serving plates and best with 2 tablespoons chopped potatoes and 2 tablespoons onion.
4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ground beetroot and 1 tablespoon carrot over it.
5. Best with 1 tablespoon green coriander chutney, 2 tablespoons sweet chutney, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic chutney.
6. Sprinkle sev (if you like more sev at that point sprinkle as much as you like) and coriander leaves over it. Serve immediately.
Tips and Variations:
- You can get ready ragda in progress and warm it once more at the time of serving.
- You can include more potatoes for variety in taste.
