Rava Toast Recipe:
Rava toast (sooji toast) is an idealize nibble thing to serve in the morning for breakfast or as an evening tea-time nibble. 2 tablespoons Curd (plain yogurt) or Malai or Cream |
1-2 tablespoons Oil |

Directions:
1. Take 1/4 cup rava in a medium bowl.
2. Include 2 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum, 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, and 1/2 finely chopped green chili.
3. Include 2 tablespoons of curd (plain yogurt) and salt.
4. Blend all fixings legitimately utilizing a spoon. Don’t include any water.
5. Take bread cuts and spread the rava-veggie blend daintily and equally on each cut. Don’t spread it as well thick else the toast will not turn crispy.

Tips and Variations:
- Serve the rava toasts when they are hot as they will turn wet when cools down.
- Add a squeeze of ruddy chili powder while planning the rava-veggie blend in step 3 to get a pleasant brilliant color of toast.
- If you are planning rava toasts in huge amounts, don’t spread the rava-veggie blend on all the bread cuts at the same time, as the bread cuts will turn saturated.
