For Batter: |
1 cup Fine Rava (sooji / semolina) |
1 cup Sour Curd |

1 teaspoon Eno Fruit Salt |
1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil |

1 tablespoon Oil |
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds |
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds |
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (til) |
1 little Green Chilli, seeded and finely chopped |
4 to 5 Curry Leaves |
1 tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves |
Directions:
1. Blend rava, curd, water and salt in one bowl and beat until smooth. Make sure that there are no protuberances. Let it set for 15-20 minutes.
2. Include approx. 1 huge glass of water in a steamer and warm it over medium fire. Oil its plate (thalis) with 1 teaspoon oil. Include 1 teaspoon oil and Eno fruit salt in the batter.
3. Blend well until it begins to bubble on the surface or for approx. 1-minute, make beyond any doubt not to over-mix it.
