Tomato Raita :
Tomato Raita is one of the most straightforward condiment formulas that does not require any cooking and can be made domestically by combining chopped tomatoes and curd. The coriander takes off, cumin powder and chilies utilized in this formula basically change it into one of the best raita you will ever make.

Serves: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
2 medium Tomatoes |
1 container Curd (Yogurt/ Dahi) |
2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander Leaves |
1 Green Chilli, deseed, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder or Cumin-Coriander Powder) |
1/4 teaspoon Dark Pepper Powder (optional) |
Salt |
Directions:
1. Take curd in a bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Cut ready tomatoes into parts and expel seeds. Dice them into little pieces.
3. Include chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander takes off, cumin powder and salt.
4. Blend well and taste for salt. If required, include more salt.
5. Exchange it to a serving bowl and embellish by sprinkling dark pepper powder over it.
Tips and Variations:
- Take ruddy-ready tomatoes or those that are less acrid to make it.
- Add 1/2 chopped onion and/or 1/3 container chopped cucumber for variation.
- Garnish with mustard seeds and asafoetida hardening instead of dark pepper powder for variety in taste.

Serving Ideas: It is a culminate backup to be served with aloo paratha, mooli paratha, etc. Numerous Indian rice dishes like vegetable biryani, lemon rice, etc are unfathomable to be served without tomato raita.
